Does Your Organization Have A Policy?
Child sexual abuse happens. More than is disclosed or reported.
Child sexual abuse happens most often by people known and trusted by the children and families affected.
Because we don’t like to think or speak about it, it continues to happen at rates that are too high, and it is often disclosed years after it occurs.
We can change this. It’s not as difficult as it seems.
